  In other doings around here, I have a worker arriving this morning to move compost into one of the garden beds.  Young strong men can wield a shovel and wheelbarrow ever so much better than an old lady can, so I give them that opportunity.
  
  
  
  
  
  The walking iris bloomed yesterday.  It is magnificent.  Other buds are just waiting for the morning sun and they will also show off their colors.
  
  
  
  
  
  Dew was dripping off the calla. Who can resist taking a photo of that.
